My problem goes thus I registered a student account with first bank and someone sent 13000 to my account to help him save so I was told to upgrade my accounts which I did and I was told my problem was kyc and the woman was telling me I have another account which of course I so cause I registered one account on the phone. My problem now is that the woman is telling me that without the account number of the new account she can't do anything. Am feeling can't they check the computer for the account name or....

Now I can't withdraw from the account.

Just walk into any first Bank branch and tell them where you opened the account and how much you opened it with, they will ask you for your full name you used in opening the account after which they will run a check on their system and give you your account number

I registered it in my phone it's all these phone registration.

They can get the account number using the phone number you registered with.
