The Gop has banked their votes in Florida early.
The stats are that hispanics and blacks are voting largely on election day tilting democratic.

The NPA decide the election in Florida and every sane poll has Biden beating Trump by double digits among NPA's in Florida and many states.

People turn up for sure, I feel some polls are getting wrong especially with election day turn out, a huge Republican turnout doesn't guarantee much for Trump, dems are coming out too

Early voting wasn't this much but yet Trump had to scrap to win in 2016, chances Harris county votes might near his total winning votes in 2016 even before election day.
