the first time I left this thread, what convinced me to leave was a question I couldn't answer, "could this people actually be forex traders(or traders in general)?
I'm very sorry to say this, with maximum respect to very good and honest traders, I have met here, you see I argue that education is not about going to school only, but my question is how educated are this people here? are the just set of people who stumbled into forex?

I certainly cannot understand.

maybe the advice is true, forget trading forums but some people gave me a hope of light but others just seem to bleak every thing out.

all I said is some of the people here. not even that the are not making money, far from that, but their characters, behavior and attributes don't make me feel comfortable that the are likely traders.

a friend of mine collected 100k from me to trade boom and crash and lost it all and stopped picking my calls
had to involve thugs and i got 90k from his parent so i forfeit the 10k
i met someone in the business section who hyped himself about giving 90 percent signals
i wanted to play around so i joined and when i saw his way of trading i stopped trusting ppl in forex
he use high lot size and when the trade goes 20 pips he close it
i met someone at a cyber cafe who told me he can change the direction of the market that anytime market is going against me i should call him but i will pay 19k

Forex is not scam everyone have their different trading pattern, a friend of mine started with 50k and made 1.2 million naira in 7 months, I told him to teach me, he just gave me a video to watch and from there I started my own path. What I realised is that my friend have a high risk appetite and is very good at his winning trades, he opens a lot of positions on a winning trade. I can't do what he is doing because my mindset is not built like that. What I also realised is that a lot of people know how to trade but don't know risk management, b4 u enter a trade u must know the amount u r willing to lose for that trade. I see some people using 1 lot size for all their trades, that means they don't calculate their risk to reward, this is a recipe to blowing up of your account. Your strategy might be right but your risk management poor.
My advice: Read more books, don't focus only on YouTube videos, some of these videos are misleading.

Anyone can hit 15% and hold on the reins. Could you consider adding something that would duplicate the achievement like the 30% continuously for 3 months. e.g 15% continuously for 3 bi-months.
