Please i need some advice.
I am a commercial student with A's,B's and C's in my WASSCE result but had an F9 in economics.
I want to ask if commerce could be used to replaced Economics.
I wish to study business administration in FUOYE,will i get admission?

For every management Science courses, English, Mathematics and Economics are compulsory plus two other subjects (Commerce, Accounting, Government, Geography) without Economics there is nothing you can do except you go to Polytechnic

Even in poly, without economics he can't get any management course. He should go and take another SSCE

I think economics is a major subject. It's best you wait and wrute another waec if you can..
There is no rush in academics so they you wont go and study a nonsense course you wouldn't later like

how can a commercial student get F9 in wassce economics, it is very strange. except no be u write d exam.

Run to private universities... they will gladly accept you

U no write Neco ni, cause it will come in handy now if you do

Bros, first of all forget it, anything business and politics: no econs no admission, secondly write another wassce and jamb or study hard and ace your neco if you registered for it, don't waste your valuable time registering for post utme and if you have forget it. If this is your first or second time it should not be so hard for you to rewrite.

Check on the school website first

But I doubt the possibility of getting admission without eco

Don't let the comments above mine get into your head! I would give you a real example. Obafemi Awolowo University is considered one of the best Universities in Nigeria. OAU does not accept Commerce but Economics (that's what they say) but I had friends who didn't write Economics in their post-UTME. Yet, they got admission without Economics. There are many other examples like this too!
So, dude, seek info from people at FUOYE!
There's always a solution, trust me!

then you are the one in the dark... I know of 2schools that does so.... but you will be given timeline to get it done right... Education need funding to be up and running.... even though, apart from universities no private establishment will refuse funds ...

It depends on the course and Faculty officer for that year.

It's not a policy. They had to ignore the rules

That means the faculty officer decided to hélp them. It would be risky to get to that stage of clearance only to be sent home. Since its not a policy.
The OP should seek for other alternative(s).

My candid advise is for you to put in for GCE ASAP.
