I started my comment with “personally”.....

If the number plate on that car is first used on it and not transferred then that’s a 7-8 years used car in Naija, the body has been filled could be more than once even.

With the way an Nigerian abuse their vehicles, you can’t tell me this one is exempted until proven otherwise.

Yes I won’t buy it above 800k!
Be calming down sir grin

I think uber is stubborn. They are loosing d market daily. I expect them to take back d market from bolt. Bolt keep strategizing to get more drivers to their platform, yet Uber don’t care. If Uber take 20%. Show destination, Increase fare slightly above bolt, I bet u they will take back the market.

Uber is really big in Colombia they have 90K drivers
London 5Ok drivers.
India 450k Drivers’s and
America about 550k drivers
Nigerian is very small to be honest

Three days ago, I accepted a trip from New Horizon 1 and was scheduled to drop the rider at Chevy view estate. On getting to pick-up location, the ride was for the rider's girlfriend and card trip. We started the trip in earnest, on getting to Ologolo busstop, the girl told me she wants to pickup something at Ajah before going to Chevy view estate. I simply asked her to tell the boyfriend to update the trip otherwise, I can only drop her Chevy view estate. The girl provoke! She cursed the living daylight out of me, asking whether I'm the only Uber driver she's encountering. I reminded her that Uber have given me a final notice for fraud relating to this issue. She cursed me more and then said that "I'm a frustrated human being and that's why I'm doing Uber". On hearing this a little bit after new road (just before chevron busstop), my head turn, I packed my car and ended the trip immediately after notifying the rider on app. The foolish girl refused to come down. After a while, due to traffic, and the place was becoming somewhat unsafe, I did U-turn at chevron drove straight back to ikate busstop and packed my car finally. On our way to ikate she fiddled with my AC, I helped her put the AC on highest heater and locked whining glass. On getting to ikate, I locked her inside and moved to the pedestrian bridge to report a case of discrimination to Uber with video evidence. After about 1 hour, she shamelessly came down and I screeched off. Uber called me from America and apologized on the rider's behalf after I corroborated my story.

That’s a very wicked thing to do, your lucky you are in Nigeria, if you try that nonsense in another country you will be arrested for it, when you are taking a passenger to a specific address and they ask for a detour, the system recalculates the detour and adds the cost to the final amount.
If you are truly ashamed of working as a UBER driver pack it up l beg, don’t take it out on your rider, Europeans, Indians with PhD, Masters degree do this job, even those working as investment bankers , teachers, so what’s a little insult that you will treat a lady like that, you are a terrible person and wicked, Trying to drop her off in an unsafe place.
Insults comes with the job Bruv , which job is perfect or without insult,
You should come and see east European with law qualifications doing cleaner or Uber with pride in London,
You should be ashamed of your self!!

Attacking the poster even when he added Copied

Your advice or judgment is nothing to write about, full of bigotry.

This apps have provision for adding stop and riders end up not using it and most time rudely asking you to do a detour different from their originally placed destination.

Mr western world go and arrest him, even the story claimed the ehailing company apologised to the driver.

I actually wanted to reply in full force but the moment I realized Ur reading skills and comprehension is almost zero, I will just allow it to slide.

NB: is it lack of data or blindness dat U skipped where the driver said she shud call d person dat made d request and update destination and stops accordingly.

Chuchmoore please come and give me training on how indriver work, I receive a mesage of bad reviews and may be block. I have not taken much trip on indriver as seen and I've been cool, good chat and free flow with riders unlike other app. So far my rating is 4.4 with 27 reviews, 22 five stars, 2 four stars and 3 one stars. The first one star came as a result of me not being happy with the rider and I made it clear to him, that was my very first trip on indriver, the rest 2 were as a result of ending the trip instead of cancelling, to aviod uber treatment, since there is no commision. A rider told me on Friday that my reviews r so bad that she almost cancel, what issues am I having with rider? I'm tired like this undecided

Responding to someone when you have nothing meaningful to say will definitely make you unreasonable. It is better to just read and pass.

Having said that, there is a stops feature on all the apps. Even Indriver does that. So far you don't include that, you have no reason to detour except the driver wants it so. Besides, the girl in the story wanted to play a smart one on the person that initiated the trip cos it s a card trip!

Never be bothered. Just keep getting more 5 stars. Your rate will rise though slowly. It appears you need about 40 5 stars to move from 4.4 to 4.5. I got that from a chat I had with them sometimes ago.
Me wey dey 4.6 sef dey get block warning every now and then.

So you mean it's too much to ask a rider to update their destination if they choose to go somewhere else?
If anything happens to the rider do you know how much trouble the driver will find himself if they discover she was taken somewhere else?
