400 personell for over 200 million people.divide 400 by 36 states, that will give 11 personnel per state. I think there is a hidden agenda in this police special squad arrangement other than fighting crime.

SWAT aren’t regular police, the’ll only called upon in extreme cases. They won’t even be used for stop and search like the idiotic defunct SARS
