Even African countries including Nigeria took better measures at controlling the virus than US and Europe. Maybe its bevause we have more experience in handling infectious diseases.

To be honest the judge had no choice he knew the lawsuit was wrong and the national attention/outrage it got that some Texas republicans were even against self.

So he had no choice if he had said otherwise hell for break lose and it will enrage people more.
