The flooding is quite widespread and covers lots of areas from Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo to name just a few.

Kinematics:
Rained yesterday as well, though today I've seen no rain in my area yet. However places like Ahoada east and west, Abua/Odual, Onelga all in Rivers state, almost the whole of Bayelsa, then Patani in Delta state. These are flood prone areas and they get a yearly occurrence of flooding.

So it's nothing new.
