It's a scam. Tested them with 1k, they took my money and failed to give me any data. I tried reaching them on their WhatsApp line, no show! So you've been warned ooo

Facebook don't seriously scrutinise those making ads. As such anyone can make fb ad as long as they have the money for it. I have successfully ran 2 different Facebook ads and its very easy. They don't try to verify if you are a scammer or not. But I think user reviews might be how they can know. But by that time damage has already been done.
