Calling you a stupid person is just too abusive

How is it dangote's fault that the salaries wasn't paid , arrangements have been made before the operation goes , definitely it's the construction company or the financial board that is oweing it's (staff) even though these people looks like casual workers.

Keep disguising as if you don't know that there's is corruption in the private sector..

So it's dangote that will repair you aunt's shop ?

Dangote is just too greedy

His trailer destroyed part of my sister's shop, and we held the driver, the man was basically in tears begging us , telling us he earns just 40k has family in sokoto.... After detaining the truck for 4 days calling all Dangote group contacts, we just had to let the man and the trailer go, he had nothing to eat, and still prayed 5 times a day in a spot we gave him

Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Coca Cola and all furtune hundred companies treat their company staffs really good and still make profit, companies still keeps growing

.
of course there is a huge continental difference between the companies you mentioned and dangote group.
Do you expect good from dangote?
If you don't expect good from fg,why expect good from dangote, the federal government business wing?

That Dangote paid the police and military to disrupt and shoot at peaceful protesters should have been channelled into paying his workers.

Evil is really reigning supreme in this country.

So true. The Poverty is so much in Nigeria. I blame the Political class for this that whenever people notice you are made a little. There is hatred and all kinds of scheming against you. You have to be so careful because every one will try to draw blood from you because of 9ja frustration.

Was Dangote the one driving the truck as at the time of the accident?

You should have asked the driver what he does with the trip allowance he gets apart from his monthly salary?

You should have also asked the trailer driver what he does with the money he realises after stealing part of his fuel allocation to sell in the black market.

Then finally you should have also asked the driver what he does with the money he realises after replacing the brand new tyres on his truck with old ones then selling the new ones in the black market

Gunfire has been reported during a protest at the Dangote Oil Refinery in the Lekki Free Trade Zone (Lagos state) on Tuesday morning, November 3. Company employees were holding a protest over salaries. Reports indicate one of the protesters has been shot by police.

According to information, the workers at the refinery have been for a week now protesting against harsh working conditions at the site of the ongoing construction site of the Dangote refinery. Some workers have also called on the management of the refinery to increase workers’ wages and salaries.

Dangote Refinery is an oil refinery owned by the Dangote Group that is situated on 6,180 acres (2,500 hectares) is under construction in Ibeju-Lekki, Free trade zone near Lagos Nigeria. The 650,000 barrels per day (BPD) capacity integrated refinery is the largest single-train refinery in the world and it is expected to be Africa’s biggest oil refinery.

The construction of the Dangote refinery which started in 2017 was initially announced to be commission in 2020, but the Dangote Group has announced that its refinery would be commissioned by the end of the first half in 2021.

This is not the first time that construction workers at the Dangote refinery would down tools to protest against poor working conditions and poor pay. Such protests have contributed to the delay in the construction work.

Army was deployed after the melee involving the police. No one was killed in Dangote Refinery.

The protesters in frame 3n4 who were reportedly killed are doing fine in the hospital after sustaining injuries.

The Army officer has calmed things down with his address to the crowd.

Nigeria Army need to start sending all their personnels to compulsory human relations and skill & arms courses.

Why shotting protesters at any slightest provocation

That's how Nigerians behave and no amount of training can change it..... European police officers need to be hired to work in Nigeria to create diversity that will effect the cultural change in the Nigerian police officers....

I have said it time and time again Nigeria’s economy would be far better if we never had Dangote. His impact is so negligible compared to revenue he has been siphoning from Nigeria through political buhaha.

Across his African market the price of cement is the highest in Nigeria where he is technically a monopoly. Just wait till he is done with his refinery then you guys would start paying for fuel through your noses.
We have about 3 other cement makers in Nigeria

I wanted to ask Alhaji when the Refinery would be ready sef. Most of this workers are outsourced so the proper thing to do is to go to their respective companies. If we are all feeling the heat definitely Alhaji is feeling it more. Let issue be resolved amicably biko.
