Dangote is just too greedy

His trailer destroyed part of my sister's shop, and we held the driver, the man was basically in tears begging us , telling us he earns just 40k has family in sokoto.... After detaining the truck for 4 days calling all Dangote group contacts, we just had to let the man and the trailer go, he had nothing to eat, and still prayed 5 times a day in a spot we gave him

Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Coca Cola and all furtune hundred companies treat their company staffs really good and still make profit, the companies still keeps growing

And to the Idiot above me qouting me, common sense should tell you prompt payment of contractors means prompt payment of workers wether permanent staff or contract staff, should Nigerian citizens get mismanaged and abused by Indian/ Chinese contractors hired by Dangote, he should look into it

.
You're making sense, most Nigerians in high authority or leadership doesn't obey the rule of law, the worst is some people will loose their conscience become abusive, ready to kill just because you are telling the truth, the truth means nothing to them just because they are benefiting from them or nepotism.
Let us call a spade.

Army was deployed after the confrontion involving the police. No one was killed in Dangote Refinery.

The protesters in frame 3n4 who were reportedly killed are doing fine in the hospital after sustaining injuries.

The Army officer has calmed things down with his address to the crowd.

Nigeria police need to start sending all their personnels to compulsory human relations and skill & arms courses.

Why shotting protesters at any slightest provocation

If we're to go by that your analysis Nigeria should be in a better position. In republic of beniné the man power is low, facilities used to produce cement is small, don't forget they've agencies in their country that check for quality control so don't think you can throw anything to any country out there and they will accept it.
Are you also aware in that same republic of beniné that they hold one of the best passports in Africa and in the world (very hard to get) Nigerians move into that country and do anyhow yet they're checkmate, their security agent make sure the country image is protected.
I was able to bribe a nigerian soldier, but very difficult to bribe a soldier from republic of beniné.

Is the GDP of Nigeria and Benin republic the same?

And how WTF does this rubbish you wrote justify the fact that Dangote has tax holidays and his products are even the most expensive in Nigeria.

In a saner climate Dangote would be sanctioned for wicked and terrible business practices.

The only thing you have in Nigeria is volume.Your currency is never stable.A business man who depends on foreign loans need to mitigate the after effect of depreciation of your currency else he or she would be in big trouble.

You don’t get it, the current existence of Dangote is an irredeemable mistake. If there was no Dangote at all, do you know how many more business would strive. Healthy competition, nature abhors vacuum, so many companies would have sprung up (in their place now we have a single Dangote) cement price for one won’t be this high in Nigeria.

How did Dangote industries become so grounded in Nigeria; Political Power which he used shameless against his competitors https://nairametrics.com/2018/08/25/cement-wars-the-battle-for-cement-dominance-between-ibeto-vs-dangote/

If not for Nigeria’s greedy and thieving politicians, it’s the companies that provide the most value to the market (people) that come on top and that is definitely not Dangote!

You are making to laugh Alhaji currently only focus on industry with high barrier of entry that are also essential needs that way he save cost because the competitors are few. It doesn't mean he sabotage any company. He definitely won't survive well if he sold water, so he knows his strength and weaknesses. Hmmm now I know why he sold Dangote flour. I've noticed you since a while now and
Calling you a stupid person is just too abusive

How is it dangote's fault that the salaries wasn't paid , arrangements have been made before the operation goes , definitely it's the construction company or the financial board that is oweing it's (staff) even though these people looks like casual workers.

Keep disguising as if you don't know that there's is corruption in the private sector..

no one said no corruption in private sector... there are and systems are been put in place to keep em at Bay....
dangote group gets report regularly from said contractors, they even send thier in house workers to construction sites for supervision.. so if work is being stalled by protest due to poor and inconsistent payment of workers then dangote group know abt it and most likely are the cause ......

it's almost a normal thing in nigeria big companies and organisations care little or less about their lower wrung workers

The fact you're simply too stupid to process the big picture, and understand that the only way to prevent anarchy is by enthroning social justice, is hardly my fault.

What is this man writing, is it not artificial high barrier created for him via government policies.

So many products that were ban just for Dangote, yes I said it “Just for Dangote”. It would make you wonder how the government is benefiting from Dangote for such to be done for him.

Is this what you are supporting, what rubbish business acumen. Like i said it cause of people like you that Nigeria is not progressing. The way US Congress grills Facebook you wouldn’t think that he is committing espionage. That is a country that works, they are doing the same things that made their country to be where they are.

When Nigerians are not mindful, little actions like you supporting what should obviously be frowned upon that is what is dragging and would continue to drag us further into mire of backwardness.

common don't go there every government has to protect it's industry, I don't know any economy in the world that became great importing other people's product they all export, by giving value out they, receive rewards. The last I checked China is doing roughly 2trillion dollars in export, so how do we grow if all we do is consume and buy on credit.

The items that were banned, is Dangote (and some other well connected people) not still importing them to run his (their) factories? Has banning them and giving importation rights to Dangote solved our problems, or it just pouring money into one man’s pocket at the expense of all others further dragging the Nation into poverty.
