Wike have come again, four years will be spent on building fly over and bridge all over Port Harcourt like the way he did four years dwelling mainly on operation zero pot holes.

Nice, this type of quality job does not exist anywhere in Delta state. Sapele Benin Road has split into 2 with many bad points. Nothing meaningful to show despite receiving highest federal allocation.
