The masses have a right to protest. We must continue the protest till all the shackles holding this country is broken and the people of southern Nigeria and middle belt are set free.

This is not Endsars protest. They should wait after panel of enquiry are through and there is no reasonable outcome before you start another protest. The protesters must be dealt with

a protest to the senate depicts the the beginning of a revolt or constitutional crisis, the Nigerian government has refused to see the clear warnings of problems to come, one which a blind man prays not to see

There has never been any national security threat in peaceful protests. Just keep your almajirn hoodlums away from protest grounds.

You guys have various representatives from your states in the national assembly. You should ask them for constitutional amendment by including referendum in the constitution

I don't blame anybody , I have same 24 hours as everyone, same head and brain.. same access to opportunity

It's acute stupidity that makes anybody thinks blocking roads, burning public infrastructure would lead to ending SARS or creating a better society

In fact I think many Africans can't think straight

The reason why many Africans can't think straight is because of nepotism.

The president should have sacked the incompetent IG of police (but when himself is incompetent, what do you expect ? ) he has been foot dragging about all the promises they made to the youths. We don't have all the time to wait while their slowing brains think out easy solutions to our problems.

We must continue.

Sacking just an individual in an organisation won't make fundamental problems go away, Jonathan sacked as much IGP yet it was same rot in the system

Sacking the IG will pass the message that he wants change. The other top officers will get the message and the youths will be temporarily pacified. Not sacking the IG has now passed the message that the IG is more powerful than the people and can do no wrong.

Jonathan police is ten times better than the sham we are seeing now. Police hid to collect bribes under Jonathan, now the police openly collect bribes, give change to motorists, even issue daily receipt to tipper drivers to confirm that they have paid bribe for the whole day work. grin

They are defacing public property with paints and have the nerve to call themselves peaceful protesters. This is how those ones who block roads and harass motorists claimed to be peaceful. Sowore was rejected as a leader in the last protest, he needs to boost his ego by organizing more protests. These jobbers should find something else to do.
