Now my question to you. Which city between Moscow and St Petersburg will you recommend to study for a Russian preparatory course, and why? I would have preferred St Petersburg, since it's more beautiful and like 4 hours to Helsinki (I live in Finland), but I don't mind Moscow if it has more to offer.

Although Russia is safe, All the cities are beautiful and have what makes them Unique. But Moscow Being the capital has lots more to offer.

In General, Russia is Awesome if one knows what he's doing and ready or open to changes.

You can get visa from one African country to another as you said you know who got visa to Egypt. that's fine im not disputing your fact. But Europe No visa no students visa yet don't let any agent fool you that he can make you a visa into Europe now. I'm not still convinced to do that because the schools I msg that offered grant ask me to apply through the embassy to be shortlisted. I don't know if this his own is different. I need your advice.
