This is getting annoyingly long but like I said earlier, it is necessary for the sanity and future of the thread.

I take back my earlier apology acceptance. gringrin

It seems getting saxy4c to feel remorse or apologize is a lost course, so I'm forgetting about that.

CopyJoe:
Well done @Pipsbasketings. You have really done well over the past few days. I'm impressed.

I am highly disappointed in some people here. Especially @Saxy.

It would have been better if Saxy had remained consistent with his trading without other motives.

Well, I don't do business with people I don't know. So I couldn't have fell victim to stuff like that. I believe this will serve as a deterrent to others who will come here, not to trust anybody blindly. Carry out due diligence.

To some of you that couldn't speak the truth from the onset even with glaring evidence, it's bad of you people. I have seen heavy criticism from you guys to other scammers in the past. I don't know why you all suddenly became cold over Saxy issue.

Even though the apology is almost useless because it lacks remorse. We just have to move on. If we dey fight no be to fight till death. Nobody is above a mistake.

Once again, thank you @pipsbasketings.

@infofirst I have missed your presence on this thread. You are one of the people that made me stay on this thread till date.

CopyJoe:
Could you please tell us how he's going to turn a new leaf? Do you see him as someone that's ready to change from his supposed apology?

I'm surprised how cold you guys became over Saxy4c issue. Na wa o.

And you people want to fight fraud. Selective corruption fighting.
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Nobody: 8:20am On Nov 09, 2020
CopyJoe:
What he did could lead to suicide. It's called fraud. Yahoo yahoo.

No need to sugarcoat anything. I want this issue to die down but I don't know why his supporters keep supporting fraud.
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Nobody: 8:20am On Nov 09, 2020
CopyJoe:
There are some people here I can't do business with because they have been called out as a scammer.

Saxy4c is one of the people that called them out. Those people couldn't defend themselves. He did well for doing that.

Now, he's guilty of the same thing, and you guys are saying we should leave him to turn a new leaf.

He's supposed to admit he did wrong by using someone else's account to commit fraud. And afterwards, apologize. Not all this grammar he's blowing. Trying to play on our intelligence.

That's nonsense.
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Nobody: 8:25am On Nov 09, 2020
CopyJoe:
I'll ask you a simple question.

Is Saxy4c going to return their money? This is the only way he can heal the pains of those he blew their accounts.

I have serious doubt about it.
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Nobody: 8:26am On Nov 09, 2020
CopyJoe:
The more you guys try to cover his case, the worse it gets for him. His reputation is on the line and he's not even fighting for it.

You should know Nairaland is not a place you place your integrity on the line.

Fraudsters have been caught via Nairaland.
Re: Forex Trade Alerts: Season 20 by Nobody: 8:26am On Nov 09, 2020
CopyJoe:
The way you guys are defending fraud is alarming.

When people are duped by companies even with claims like that, they are still arrested and made to face the law. They are not covered up with excuses.

You can do better my oga

For someone interested in collecting the prize money. The person won't bother sending any mail.

The person would joke about it on the thread. And we will know that it's a joke. It's that simple. Even if the person decides to send a mail, the way the message will be conveyed will be different from the one we saw.

Someone tried to use another person's details to collect money prize and you called that a joke.

That wasn't even enough, some people even tried to shutdown @pipsbasketings for saying the truth. Saying he is jealous of Saxy4c.

The level of corruption in this country is actually bigger than we can see in this country. With glaring evidence, people will still lie.

I know. People like that don't go about disguising. They come out straight.

We know this thing. That doesn't take the fact away. Fraud was committed.

CopyJoe:
I have nothing against Saxy4c. He did something wrong and rather than apologize he's trying to be smart.

I just have a problem with some people and so-called gurus supporting fraud.

If someone of you didn't put your time, money, and resources into safeguarding this thread, I don't think someone like me would have been opportune to benefit from it.

I want to contribute the little I can so that others too can benefit from it. That's why I want us to prevent scammers from taking over the thread.

I can't see any apology. That's his problem.

I know all scammers will be disgraced here.

I rest my case.

What evidence do you have that Saxy4c would turn things around? you think forex is magic? if Saxy4c is passing someone account as his own, what makes you think he's not passing all these entry signals of someone else's as his own? Abi what evidence have you seen that shows you that Saxy4c knows how to trade at all?

Because as it is, he is no successful trader, because a successful trader won’t steal other people’s account to pass off… I suggest you drop all dreamy, fairytales and hopes like a naive trader.

He’s prolly work in progress like so many of us traders here. Personally I don’t mind if Saxy4c continue to post, I would actually love it, but HE ALONE can redeem himself.

What I’ve seen with the support, back and forth here, I tell you guys, IF Saxy4c want to do another group trading , he will succeed, I see a lot of naivety here, even from the so called veteran traders like Teemy. I see a lot of fairytale hopes and wishes from a lot of folks here, waiting for Saxy4c to turn things around like it’s that easy to drop bad habit over night.

Ps: For new and naive traders that will still fall, at least , wait a little bit, see some real proof that things is working before jumping in again. I know say una stubborn, una no go hear LOL until another account bite the dust.

Ps: If I could tell Saxy4c anything, I’ll tell him to use this opportunity to motivate himself to be real profitable trader.
You said things I said myself but seems you missed them. You can check it up https://nairaland.com/teemy/posts

He needs to become a better trader FOR the sake of those whose monies he lost. This is part of the responsibility he has to undertake. I don't know them he does. Asking him to leave is giving him the easy way out.

One way countries take responsibility after victory at war is rebuilding the nation they destroyed. During that period, a lot of sober reflection would take place asking if it was all worth it seeing the sufferings of those they caused pain.

If saxy4c disappears from here now, there will be no way to maintain his accountability. He can just close down the group and restart with new information. While he is yet here periodically he would be questioned on his progress and this keep him on his toes as to be a better trader before talking of mentoring anyone.

Saxy4c is one of the reasons I added in the first FTA post that people should verify trade results before heading to a corner where ojuolomooto (where no eyes sees them). At least, any newcomer to the thread would be warned. If there was any other stronger words to say it again without seeming like picking on anyone, I would have added it.

Asking for proof is not too much to ask. People will still come here to market stuff. We just need to enforce a policy of asking them to show evidence. This is because no matter how much it is pasted, people will be attracted to all the rented cars, house, studio money and shots with a jet and hot babes. Once anyone is being asked for evidence and does not show it, we can flag them.

I know if he puts his mind to learning and practice, saxy4c will bounce back but he has to lay off a pre-mindset of dishonesty to covering his tracks if he trips. People are too smart past being offering bobo.

I would say let him stay and not be victimized and allow him show proof of progress that would be closely monitored. I know feshizzy will give him enough close marking to keep him from alluring anyone. wink

I would have said we should put this to a vote and if it is negative for him, we could ask pushkin to bar him from posting here but what is to stop him from opening a new account? Let's keep seeing him as him and watch his moves from there. The only thing should be not to victimize him and keep an open mind. He already has a huge moral obligation already on his neck. Who knows, the trading world might one day hear his resounding name one day.

Go ye and sin no more is a part we've had to listen to at one stage or the other in our lives.

We fall, we rise again. grin

Wishing you well - Teemy

We all have various emotions to spare at various times of our lives and I respect your right to be disappointed in me at the moment. With time however, you will pass on that emotion.

I am of the school of thought that someone who destroys something should rebuild it rather than given the easy way out of asking him to go thereby absolving him of any responsibility to restitute the effects of his actions.

That is why prisons are called correction facilities.

It is called protecting his future. We all know what he did and there is no denial on it. About the specificity, he did that in his telegram group and whoever has followed the thread since yesterday would understand saxy4c's hesitation in stating same here considering some still want to flay him regardless.

His next point of call should be Tom Lucas.

No need chasing out the prodigal son. The father sabi what he did. Let's take the gentleman's apology as it is.
I don't understand why you guys are like this. Why are you so quick to excuse his ambiguous and subjective apology knowing that it does not in any way admit his guilt in this affair? If he is not guilty then what is he apologizing for? His statement of apology can be interpreted to mean he is not at fault but was unjustly accused. This, as a future reference, will clear him of any past dubious practice. As a result, more

Then again, I am not for entirely kicking him out of the thread but Feshizzy makes a lot of sense when he talked about potential victims in the future falling for this scam all over again. What to do? Would you fold your arms and let this thread become the capital of forex scammers? This thread that took a lot of years to build its reputation as a place of learning and equipping people to become better traders will just go down because you IGNORED one person. Others will follow suit and you must also ignore them or their half apologies otherwise you are a hypocrite.

There is nothing wrong in seeking gains for oneself but the foundation of this thread is in freely helping others and sharing ideas. If Saxy wishes to make gains from referrals he should open another thread to do that. At forexfactory he would have been flagged as a commercial member whose threads would always be moved to the commercial section of the forum.

You guys may think that Feshizzy may be dragging this matter too long but there is a saying that the only thing necessary for evil (or scam) to triumph is that good men (scam detectives) do nothing.

My remark about feshizzy above is regards being the one who most strongly feels saxy4c should not return would need more proof of his turn around than anyone here. In the previous page, I mentioned we can all be saxy4c's parole officers. It was not a smite remark at joblessness.

I am aware people were hurt by his actions. There is no reverse on that and neither am I apologetic for his ways.

Can he change? Possibly

Can we monitor him? Surely

It is all a joint effort.

It is all about what happens now and the future.

Pipbasketings, if he leaves, there will be no more pressure on him to be accountable for his past actions.

I believe I am not the only one who saved those past pages of evidence you posted. He cannot come here to bobo anyone ever again. But, let's not allow his past to stop his future.

He still wants to be seen where he messed up. Allow him.

If he is very hungry to stay, he should fetch the past fraudsters he successfully sent out and bring them all back. Let us kuku know this place is full of fraudsters if we now have 5 of them amongst us
