Karlifate: That's the mistake u are making... U are converting it when he's not spending in dollar... That 1,500 will be quickly spent because they have a lot of taxes to pay like rent,water,light... If after paying all, how much do u think remain? Assuming he was earning such in Nigeria, it would have been a different case... When converting earnings also convert spending |

He works with a company & all those you mentioned has been sorted. Besides, he earns from other side contracts given to him. Well, my point still stand that his skill & location are major determinants, for his success. Etinosa12345: 1 Like |

Karleb:intelligence and ability can be develop to it's highest peak. If you think academically you're average is because you choose to stay average. My first jamb i scored 166 and i went for remedial studies, rewrite jamb and i applied EEE. Result came out and I scored 190 and i was given admission. 2 years into the course l, i realize that the employment rate in engineering is very low and i no want turn secondary school teacher so i decided to study pharmacy, i applied jamb again and I scored 273, in putme i score 253. The score no surprise me cause i know the effort i put in to studying. God no shame me and i was given the admission like magic . Now am studying pharmacy, am suppose to be in 300L by now but u know watsup na. Anyway don't underrate ur intelligence, it can be developed. Choose any f**kin course you want and work for it . I promise you that you will get what you want. Have a growth mindset. 1 Like |

Eyisfun3: You are right. Let me say again, I never said anyone should not study a course they like, I said likeness shouldn't be the only and main reason to study any courses. Marketability of the course should be the main reason. I didn't label economics bad or not marketable. I only said before you choose it (or any course) , check if graduates of the particular course are getting employment in your immediate environment. That is a great determinant and should be considered before studying any course. 1 Like |

Thesole: This is inspiring. I don't have a defeatist mindset. I'm just being realistic. Truth is, we have people who wrote JAMB several times and never made up to 200. All beings are not created equal. Some people are really not brilliant, they are way below average. Telling such individuals to keep writing JAMB in pursuit of Law, Medicine, Pharmacy will be a bad advice where there are alternatives. 1 Like |

Karlifate: Not mind the mumu guy that posted the list of courses. Electrical/Electronics Engineering has always been in the top 5 best courses to study in any country yet he didn't even include it in his yeye list NB galantjoe go and edit your mumu list and include serious courses. 1 Like |
