Do you stay in ajah, sangotedo, ikorodu axis, close to water where criminals infiltrate commit crimes, they stay in ghettos in those areas, sometimes 85% of people staying in sych areas are in same syndicate. I live in those areas it is possible to arrest even a 1000 a day, all depends on spots visited, and capacity of the squad. I dont know why you people just berate things ignorantly without empirical evidence.
