I normally read your comments and skip. But had to respond to this. During the lockdown MBA initially sent out communication that payments will be in hold until the lockdown is lifted. Within days the Chairman reversed the decision of the SMT and payments went on albeit delayed by a few days. Wouldn't it have been easy for the business to elope then? Instead they acquired TNATEL with all its assets and liabilities and kept paying Tnatel investors.

December is often marked by increased terminations. Last year there were so many terminations in December that the business is about to do a runner. January they were all back in force
I have always pushed for "blacklisting" all these kinds of investors in the business without much success. This time around if you terminate before the expiration of your investments, there is a 10% that is deducted from your capital. A good move if I must say because it means there will be an increase in "Other Income" in the P&L at the close of the fiscal year
