I couldn't exercise my electoral franchise in the last Presidential elections as I wasn't presently in Nigeria, so I couldn't change my temporary voter's card then.
Now I'm presently in Nigeria and I want to know if I can still go over to INEC's office and submit my old voter's card so they could Change it to a PVC.
There's something I'm presently engaging on and having a PVC is a prerequisite.
Guys pls do you know how long it will take to convert it to PVC cos it's very urgent.

U may have to visit the nearest INEC office to U to confirm though to the best of my knowledge ur PVC shld b ready for collection where u first registered since U already have a temporary one. I think they created a portal sometime ago for checking of PVC status.. I'll have to check and confirm dat.
