No bro, you’ll have to do the test before embarking on the journey. I don’t know where it is done around Sharjah but you can check hospitals around you, like NMC.
As per your passport renewal, call the embassy( You can get the number via google search), They’ll direct you on what to do. It’s been a while I did mine, so, their timing and mode of operation might have changed due to covid19.

I’m very grateful your information really help t

Thanks Sir

Good evening to y'all
I'm been following this thread for sometime now
OK, straight to the point!
I have an uncle in dubia that want me to come over to work
He got an agent over there to help mee secure an employment visa that will cost like 8,000 dirahm
What the agent told my uncle was that, she will get me a security job over there
1.I just want to know if it possible to run employment visa from dubia ( while I the employee is in Nigeria)?
2. Is it possible to get the employment visa without having a job over there?
3. Is the amount not much for the visa(not to fall in wrong hands)?
4. Do I need to start searching for job with the employment visa when i get to dubia?
Thank you

Usually, in this case, there's no uncle or brother in Dubai. He's not telling you the whole truth. If you are lucky enough to get the visa for 8,000dirhams at this time, which I doubt 95%. You'll need to spend another about 2000dirhams for the security course before you can legally do security work in UAE. And it is chance not confirmed. Though with your "free" employment visa, you can search for other jobs apart from security. But have money for accommodation per month and for feeding and transport.

Re: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by iComplain: 3:05pm On Nov 10, 2020
For GTB, it use to be $4k for any flight that is mote than a 5 hour journey, using a copy of your passport, visa and ticket, but with the way CBN has been moving mad lately, nothing is sure. Just contact your banker or see them at the counter for further details

Cheers

If you have all the documents (Visa, return flight ticket) then go to Stanbic IBTC, Standard Chartered Bank, UBA if you bank with anyone of them. Stanbic is almost a Guarantee. GTBank hasn't sold since March.

Go to the Head office in VI. If they don't have the one from CBN then ask if you can get from the BDC it is at the HO. The difference in the rate is N5. If your flight is still in at least a week get the guys responsible numbers and call them daily to find out if it is available. I applied there last month and it took a week. I did same with both StandChart and UBA and all 3 of them called me after a week.

Dear All,

I'm new on this thread. Please, kindly send me the requirements for a visit visa to Abu Dhabi, UAE. I've got an interview/ appointment there by January. I believe I can do the visa processing by myself if I have all the needed information.

Also, what's the processing time for the visa?

Thank you.

Hello all,

Has anyone recently travelled to Dubai or Abu Dhabi here?

Is there a mandatory 2-week quarantine on arrival? Does one need to present a negative COVID result on arrival?

Many thanks.

please guys i need some advice, I want my younger brother who is 23 to go work in UAE, a child hood friend who has been there for about 5years advised he comes with an employment visa and preferably a security job which he says pays more. After making some calls he told me there is a vacant position for a security job and the visa is 10,500 dirhams. and the salary is about 2300 dirhams. He went there and started as a helper in a construction company and later joined security earlier this year, I believe he's experienced but at the same time I don't want to be scammed.

Forget agent mouth o! 10,500dhs na too much money o. Your younger brother can go to Dubai Emirate and take the SIRA certification course. Afterwards use the certificate to search for security jobs than paying someone 10,500 for unknown security job!
But seriously, am still wondering the nature of this 10,500 job
Let it not be what am thinking tho...

None! But dubai is still manageable for females. Egypt is a no no. Salary and workers welfare are both poor
