Was Fierce Nation a big Label when Laycon was topping MTV Base Afro Hip Hop Chart in 2019?

That is when I listened to fierce for the first time and went to download it without even knowing Laycon, and it was Laycon's Rap that drew me to the song because I likened him to Vector.
