They don't rush. Most of those cases are not even from Trump's Legal teams. Other people are suing but I know the case will be settled at the highest court. And Michigan refused to certify the their election for Biden. So far Biden is only president elect as per CNN. In reality there is a battle and the voters don't decide who a president is... The electors in each state does. And even then if there is serious dispute the house of representatives will decide.

Al Gore did not concede because the dispute was a few hundred votes in one state - Florida, where the incumbent governor was the blood brother of his opponent. So, it's logical to demand a total recount and not a recount in democratic stronghold.

In case of Trump, we are talking of at least 4 states with margins of over 10,000 in the state with the least margin. How do Trump hope to upturn over 60,000 votes in Pennsylvania?
