Easy bro! No one gets paid here to attend to you. We are all end users that devote their spare time to help one another. So be patient, help will come your way or if you are in a haste you can seek for alternative means if you can't find answers here, which is very rare.

Good day guys it seems my RN9S battery strength is reducing I usually get up to 15hrs SOT on my phone prior to the new update. Now I bearly get 9hrs per day. I only surf the net, most time with 3g sef, listen to music few times. I don't play game on my phone as well.

If you recently updated give your device days to adjust to changes force restart your devices severally, I f possible recalibrate your battery (Drain battery and charge from 0-100% switched off)

One thing with these things they might have been there but attention wasn't really paid till when you updated.

some people's phobia for updates allows them to only see battery drain when they update not knowing it has been there because of some issues
