My own surprise is how everyone who have been with him are resigning and how the people that he went to meet in his new party are also resigning.... |

Agbegbaorogboye: My brother, go read about Yahaya Bello's bread tax article and stop posting nonsense. Maybe I should remind you the rots Bello inherited from the previous useless government, and then compare to what he has achieved.. Again, that unverified video doesn't prove anything. You cannot use it to win any case in court. I am still waiting for evidence. |

Racoon:Truth is that Umahi has no further political future. He knew after 2023 he would be a common citizen as he cannot chase out current senators in Ebonyi, so the only soft landing he thought was joining APC, hmmm he will be so humiliated beyond reason. 1 Like |

Umahi is only looking at his fortune alone, he is second term gov, his less concern about votes from state again, unlike many of his cabinet members that still want to contest for elections in which they will solely depend on votes from state alone, having known that moving to Apc, will not favoured them in state elections. If umahi wants PDP ticket he should have been massively financing PDP since he became governor and receiving attack from federal government reminiscent to Wike. Not to hide in a shell and come out wen election near and threatening party to give u ticket at all cost. 1 Like |

doctokwus: The unifying factor of APC is President Buhari. He is the rallying point. That's the reason they all quote his name in everything they do. They all hide under him and are quick to say "they want to bring down the regime of President Buhari". Chief Bola Tinubu does not command such followers who and is expecting to leverage on it. No other person commands such followership. PDP on the other does not have such individual as their rallying point. The disadvantage to APC is clear in that when PMB leave, APC scatters and all those who donated parts and accessories to make it national will simply demand their contributions and they will all revert to their regional corners. PDP will get better and definitely return to power. |

SilverNorGold:You're the first person I'm seeing defending it yeye Bello. This shows how harebrained you are. Even Bello can't tell his achievements when asked on live TV. Why don't you tell Gandollar to let the HOA fully run their investigation instead of running to a kangaroo court to fish for useless orders. That you can even defend these two shows the level of your stupidity. It's very high I submit |

Road project: AfDB approves $70m loan for Ebonyi Published April 28, 2019 Nike Popoola The African Development Bank Group has approved a $70m loan for a road project in Ebonyi State. The bank said in a statement on Friday that it would provide $40m, while its co-financier, the Africa Growing Together Fund, would contribute $30m. It stated that the Islamic Development Bank was also providing Nigeria a loan of $80m, while the Ebonyi State Government would provide $17.60m, for a total project cost of $167.60m. The bank funding would cover the rehabilitation and asphalting of a 51 km stretch between Nwezenvi and N’Doko, and part of the corridor between N’Doko and Ezzamgbo spanning 38.91 km, the bank stated. It was expected to be completed in five years. The AfDB stated that the project would aid the agricultural State of Ebonyi’s aspiration to develop special agro-industrial zones dedicated to processing of subsistence crops. It would improve road safety and accessibility of farming communities and small-scale industrial areas. Some 1,400 jobs would be created during the construction phase, the bank stated. Once completed, the road network, which covered a total 177.81 km, was expected to serve also as an international link between Ebonyi and Nigeria’s eastern neighbour, Cameroon, in addition to connecting Ebonyi to Benue and Enugu. “The project attests to the African Development Bank’s commitment to improve the quality of life of Africans by improving accessibility and road safety in its member countries,” it stated. The bank said it began financing transport projects in Nigeria in 1972 and had since provided the equivalent of $630m in financing the sector, including a $69.9m facility through the private sector. And what has the very same APC done for the igbos since buhari took over in 2015. Infact buhari never hid his hatred for igbos when he talked about 97 vs 5%, and that has clearly shown in the appointments so far. Tell me, what position did this same APC cede to igbos starting from presidency down to Senate and HOR? Or you really think the same Fulani cabals Will hand over power in 2023 to an Igbo especially when their stakes are being threatened by agitation for break-up by same Igbos? Umahi will be so used and dumped it'd shock a lot of persons. These northerners are masters at politics. Coldie: 1 Like |

Re: Egwu Chidiebere Goodluck Resgins From Umahi’s Cabinet by Nobody: 8:46am On Nov 20, 2020 |
Agbegbaorogboye: My brother, calling for evidence or throwing tantrums? Lol, maybe you should read your posts again. That aside, regarding evidence for performance, you should have asked for it, instead of attacking my person. While I demanded evidence, you resorted to tantrums. You know how I love to baptize opponents with evidence. Na small thing. You can even create a thread to debate me on the topic: PDP GOVERNORS vs APC GOVERNORS, Who Have Performed better? .. And I will be right there to tear your lame defences to pieces, as usual. I have already told you this before, but you always chicken out.. Again, call for evidence, not throw cheap tantrums. If you want to argue that APC governors are not what I claimed, feel free to debate.. A new thread would be better. 1 Like |
