Orji should keep his money..

Or

Better still e should invest in local Nigeria clubs..

Even..dangote had to back out..

Arsenal need Arabians type of investment not Africans..

Tell him...

Arsenal needs twice the investment spent on Man City by Abu Dhabi before they become title contenders and winners...

We are talking about spending not less than 2 Billion to assemble a truly worthy first team, coach, and management team.

Tragic comedy. I won't say it did not make me laugh. I would be totally dishonest.

By this politics in Nigeria is finally, officially announced as a wealth earner, asset grower and globally accepted collateral.

You see, Nigeria can't settle for peace, we've our own leagues here and national team that aren't performing well.

We played 4-4, we still draw again. Why can't they look at what's happening in football industry

For those of you asking why he does not buy Enyimba instead...some hard facts...

1.When a busienssman buys anything...it is because he wants it to make him a profit...or more money. That's why the Glazer family bought Man U and the Emiratis bought Man City. Had everything to do with more money, and nothing to do with football.

2.Arsenal is far more profitable than Enyimba. Tickets at Enymba for one game cost less than 2000 naira . Tickets at the Emirates cost 12000-38000 naira.A season ticket at Arsenal...cheapest rate, single adult , costs 455000 naira.

Plus Arsenal is in the Europa league....income from broadcast rights in the millons. Plus Arsenal is in Premier league...more millions comming in. Add sponsorships....

Does Enyimba have that? Can Enyimba boast of having qualifed for Confederations cup recently...or champions league caf style?

3. OUK is a businessman and buying a share in the Arsenal means quick return on investment. Enyimba on the other hand....just to throw away money . Unless he can increase ticket prices at Aba township stadium to N13000 per match.....

Point of correction: Chelsea and Man city were not bought for the purpose of making profits.

These clubs are rich men or billionaires toys. The owners pump insane amounts of money into that make no financial sense.

That's why a fair financial act (I have forgotten what it's called) to bring equity to football

Even then Abaramovitch was looking a bit worried some years ago when Chelski announced losses...

Sure they are playthings....but even playthings get discarded when they cost too much money...plus UEFA nowadays tends to get a bit annoyed if the financiaL losses are a bit too much (as Man City can tell you...they very nearly got thrown out of the Champions league some years ago for not meeting UEFA financial standards...)

Well he could buy Enyimba and get zero return on investent....unless he increases stadium ticket price among other things.....

He would jsut be pouring money down a big hole if he bought Enyimba. Enyimba probably does not make enough money to breakeven..like most Nigerian clubs they rely on government funding a lot.
