There are basic things people need like food, water, clothing, medicine and housing. Remove education and motor for now. Do you think that if the government pays every citizen a pocket money like say N50K per month to cover this things, do you think it will help life and reduce crime? This is what Bill Gates (2nd Richest man in the world) is suggesting. He calls it Universal Credits. Is it a good idea? Comment below Yes or No
