If the transaction is Free On Board shipping they have no reason to care. They buyers already paid and all liability for the product rest with the buyer after it ships. The producer aren't dumb so they would already specify this in the contract.

Lol the buyers arent going to shut down their businesses for petty nonsense. Anyone concerned with taxes should talk to the representatives. Other than that sue and hope it gets to supreme court to rule on.
