Don't be delusional. Nobody is saying every city is perfect but there are percentages. Eg, i have never seen an untarred road in johannesburg but there are thousands of untarred roads in lagos and abuja. I have never seen an open gutter in Johannesburg but 80% of gutters in lagos and abuja are open. No city is 100% but abeg when it comes to naija, 95% of our cities are slums.

Rwanda still the learn to us naw haba Enugu is even more developed than there capital the only country in Africa that is giving us race is Egypt, south Africa, Tunisia, Algeria,and Morocco with Libya and a little (Botswana there capital try shia) others nothing to right home about

Cape town is definitely more beautiful than Abuja also.
Then you have Casablanca in morocco, Tunis, Algiers..
There are many cities more beautiful than Abuja....
This cities I mentioned can be compared to European cities...
Brother Abuja is Ok but it's dishonest to say only two cities in Africa are beautiful than Abj
