A very backward state steeped in unnecessary and mindless bloodshed...

You should hear the average youth there brag about being a criminal! They call it being a "hard man"!!!

The worst part is that there is no real drive or seriousness to stem criminality, from the governor down to the monarch and elders... Even parents pay lip service to morality!!! It's a shame!!!
