I truly hope he used personal funds to get him this gift (which is very much unlikely). We should eschew this culture of wasting public funds we've been entrusted with on things that don't benefit the people we claim to represent. All States and the Federal Government keep singing to everyone who cares to listen that the national earnings can't take care of our needs, hence we're borrowing from left, right and center.
