Android has this freedom that comes with it . You can easily get hacked apps and it is customizable and I am used to android.Iphone chargers (for those that can't afford the original charger..you will see spoilt iPhone chords everywhere.In relation with our economy it is pricy.

.And most iPhone services are not available in Africa for you to get that perfect iPhone experience .Lastly our poverty mentality,once you start using an iPhone all eyes on you grin

.SARS will extort you grin

.Everybody will start to bill you..

Even if I can afford it I won't buy it ....maybe at a later stage in life I might consider it .

Overall iPhone is really a good phone

There are few things that will always guarantee me getting an android over iPhone
1. I love tweaking my phone a lot like I can change everything about its ui just for the love of it. IPhone doesn't offer this
2. The are just expensive to use as if the one used in buying it isn't enough ( why will I have to pay for almost everything I download )
3. In gaming I prefare using an android to an iPhone don't know why ( always feels nice )
4. Hate that notch
5. There ui is f*#king boring
Apart from the build and it design ( excluding the notch) I don't like the phone
Even if the gifted me an iPhone 12 pro max ultra I would sell it and buy the one plus nord pocket my change for sub and other life matters

1. ios are great devices especially if you’re aiming for simplicity and security, your phone cannot be hacked easily and everything is way more secured than the open source android.

2. Apps work way better and are generally optimized for ios devices and everything runs really smooth.

3 Games run better and smoother on ios than android with most games having 60fps option and many other graphics enhancements while android does not have most times even the flagships, idk why as if the game companies are underestimating android devices.

4. About battery life, I’ll recommend you get the plus models if you really wanna see how strong iphones battery are, most plus models including the X, 11 and 12 series have very good battery life, you can see a low battery mah on paper but when you use it, you’ll see that the battery lasts long as a 4000+mah android phone.

5. ios now is not like before where you can’t download anything outside the app store including movies and media files generally, but now you can do that except for apps tho which is why I have a mid range android am using with my XR wink

6. And the camera and video recording ability is not to be joked with, its very good.

That's a fallacious claim right there..
iOS being a close source OS is a BIG part of his business if he is getting an iPhone..
You can't claim that a walled IOS is not an issue when the user is unable to sideload his favorite third-party and cracked moded App versions or do you want him to have buyers remorse after he had gotten the device?

Just checked, it doesn’t take ios 13, in that case, disable background app refresh for apps u don’t use always and leave the one u use or disable it. Free basics works on my xr with no problems on safari app. Try typing “0.freebasics.com” in the search bar and make sure it’s either mtn or airtel sim cos it seems glo and etisalat doesn’t not support it.

The same reason I never used black berry.... Even wen I got a brand new bold 8 then as a gift. I sold it out far cheaper than the worth. I don't like following the crowd. I hate it wen people don't see this for what they are but becos of name, trending and in the name of what's in vogue. I like being on the quite lane. IPhone is just a fucking phone just like ur Nokia 3310. So stop making it look like u have arrived wen u use an iPhone. That's same thing that happened with blackberry but today it's no more. So many people useless themselves then some even died in the name of getting blackberry..... Now it's iPhone.
