One of my friend who went to Dubai said he was almost smuggled into Abu Dhabi. He has an appointment in Abu Dahbi but he landed in Dubai and stayed 2weeks mandatory quarantine, after which he proceeded to Abu Dhabi through road. He said they were stopped and sent back. I don’t know how true is this please if there’s anyone who can clearify 1 Like |

Pls I need clarification: an agent told me I should pay 800k for a Dubai 3 months Visa plus accomodation, covid-19 test, flight ticket and settling immigrations. And I should hold additional 500$ with me as PTA for me to secure a job and transportation once I get to Dubai. Pls is this true or the money is too much. |

kwentoa23: The insurance can be obtained from any reputable insurance company in Nigeria and the price (premium) depends on the intended no of days you wish to travel. Kind regards 1 Like |

Awesomefoodie: He's not far from the truth with the amount, but except you're in JSS 1, there's no need to give agent your accommodation money, or flight tickets money or Covid test money or whatever setting immigration means. All the agent business is your Visa money. 1 Like |
Re: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by drkay(m): 6:07am On Nov 22, 2020 |
Awesomefoodie:Yeah, you’ll need up to 800k for those things mentioned. However, giving the entire money to somebody will make you more vulnerable to scam. Don’t do that. UAE visit visa has no fixed amount out there, since you’ll be dealing with agents. What you’ll eventually pay depends on their links and targeted profit. You can get 90 days Visa plus insurance Around 160k(or about 1,200aed), some pay more. Flight fare is still on a higher side and has a wide range, it May cost you btw 300-400k for a return ticket, depending on your travel date and the airline. Accommodation and transportation is up to you. make your arrangements and make payments once you arrive. The agent may link you up but don’t pay until you see the accomodation. You don’t need to settle the immigration and even if you’ll do that, the agent won’t be there with you so why pay him? 5 Likes |

kwentoa23:you mean the medical insurance for tourists? I saw 100aed on one. It’s 3months package. The company that sponsored the visa handled both.

drkay: Thanks for your response. Pls must I do PCC and also attest my credentials before traveling to Dubai? I am not a graduate though, but I have other certificates in catering and computer training. And also like how much should I come with to secure a job or do any other trainings to secure a job? Pls help me out here. |
Re: QATAR AND UAE GENERAL VISA ENQUIRIES Part 3 by drkay(m): 5:30pm On Nov 22, 2020 |
Awesomefoodie:PCC? No need. You don’t need to attest your O’level, it won’t give you any meaningful edge. As per your certificates in catering and computer training, those 2 industries are not my forte. So, I don’t know if they can be considered as a valid document for employment or not. How much money you’ll need to spend before securing a job? Maybe someone can help answer that. My unsolicited advice: The chances of securing jobs has been on a down trend for sometimes. Please weigh your options. Don’t fall for any cooked up story. Note: uae is a very wonderful country. It has given me the platform to move in the direction of my dreams and I’ve benefited enmassly from its generousity. Not so many people, especially those who traveled in recent time without a clear career path, have the same story. Please, do your due diligence and weigh your options before investing on this journey. Good luck 1 Like |

Pls don't mind my many questions. I just need help so I won't waste my money for lack of information. 1 Like 1 Share |

That is within the range the 3rd party charges but if you have all the required documents which you can not have it is way cheaper than that. harbby10: |

To enter Abudhabi you have a valid convid test which tests negative otherwise you will not be allowed to enter from the Point of entry mounted at the Maqta Bridge... people are cutting corners but do not attempt it. ejikemichael: |

glowingflame7: Exactly getting jobs now in UAE is not easy for Nigerians. I've been job hunting since February. I will not advise anyone to come to this country unless an investor or someone with skills. I got a travel and typing services job now but meeting demands is the problem 1 Like |

Leyemoshood: Already answered here. You guys should read a little and you would not have many questions or be easily played. So it depends on the company/agency doing your Visa. |
