To think that more than 30 years after, these men are still on it is unbelievable. They reach agreements with governors, ministers, commissioners and co to inflate contract sums randomly. Once inflated, they get paid the inflated sums after shoddy works. Thereafter, while repatriating their profits back home, they will then take the extra cut for the government officers involved to some "dedicated accounts" offshore! Very corrupt lebanese all over this unfortunate country..
