Mueller made a simple statement of fact that presidents have immunity so they can't be charged with a criminal offense, he was then asked if that means that the president can be charged when he steps down and he said yes. That's just a statement of fact like me saying Obama can be charged or Bill Clinton can be charged. Of course they can be charged with criminal offenses. And he was asked that when talking about obstruction not collusion. Do all other members of the Trump team have immunity? What prevented Mueller from indicting them for collusion if there was any? This here is an example of why Trump was never qualified to be USA president and failed to grow into the role.

At some point in life, one grows out of what is legal or illegal - illegality (act of or intent) no longer exist in your domain. You only dwell in legality. Therefore, your choices and actions are not matter of if something is legal or otherwise, but weighed against posterity, legacy, common good etc.

This is the realm any responsible adult should dwell or long to dwell, not least, a leader.

but by this explanation, it is factually impossible to rig electronic voting without getting caught as the results won't tally with the printed votes copies submitted by the voters to the collating officers or can you come up with any possible scenario in which that would be possible?
