12large1:Lol who else has he qualified to a major tournament? We made Gernot Rohr. Nobody even mentions his other exploits on the continent cuz there are none |

do4luv14:They're upset that "okoye" didn't follow due process before getting that number 1 shirt as he came directly from division 3 to Nigeria 1 with the assistance of "oma akatugba". Usually, when you're coming from a lower league, you have to prove yourself at u20, 23 before debuting for SE.But, there wasn't many available options and to be fair to okoye, he has represented himself well thus far which means Rohr feels justified at his selection. I think their complain is 50/50 Valid |

busky007:we overrate our squad a lot. When we're playing, we don't look at other people's squad too. For example, Tunisia players are playing at decent European clubs. A few are playing at the best clubs in africa. |

BascoVanVeli:cut it. I We didn't make him neither did he made us. It was a 50/50 combination. Remember, we failed to Qualify for 2 major tournaments Prior to Rohr hiring in 2016 and many felt we won't even Qualify for 2018 WC. The man improved us tremendously but I cannot trust him to defeat Algeria, Senegal and win ANC or his tactical substitution at important Games. We might need a world class coach to win us ANC but what justifiable reason do we have to sack Rohr when he met his precontratual agreement and what guarantees do you think that NFL can hire a "World class" coach. We don't want another 2015/17 Debacle |

12large1:Rohr has only qualified us for two major tournaments.. it isn't enough reason to "bank on him" yet..Keshi qualified us for two major tournaments back to back but failed in his 3rd attempt... Even Amodu... And of course, they were both fired... |

JohnBullMySon:i used to think that before but not anymore. We have a pool of Talented Guys enough to win ANC as long as a proven Winner/Tactician is on that bench. Remember, this is a team that still has Ejaria, Lookman, ehizubue and possibly eze yet to Feature. In addition to it, experienced proven players like Ighalo and Victor Moses are still playing active football and can put in a shift assuming they're convinced to come out of retirement |

JohnBullMySon:He is being pampered.. Amodu and Keshi didn't get that opportunity... In comparison to the late duo, yes,he has failed! |

andrewbaba44:Nigeria got lucky against Algeria in Uyo. Without some unforgivable finishes Algeria would have beat us 5-3. Zambia is a country that we will always be expected to beat. Plus that was right when they were about to make their transition into fashion sakala and the rest of their U20 boys. We just caught them at the right time. U can see how hard it was for us in the second leg, they even scored a clean goal that was cancelled. Beating Cameroon never has anything to do with tactics on the day. It is a match fueled by passion and history. Once the WCQ was over what did we see? Rohr has been exposed over and over again as in over his head but people are still defending him to my amazement. This man was out coached and out witted by a Sierra Leonian home and away. |

JohnBullMySon:They will never agree to this although they had an argument yesterday which showed how far we go to praise a player who shows little flashes of brilliance. Only Oshimen, Ndidi , Chukwueze and Iwobi(who is experiencing a resurgence) are our correct players. The rest are just there. ![]() |

12large1:world class coach may change nothing. This is national team not club where a world class manager comes and starts buying good players. In the NT you are only as good as your players are. You only do a little amount to change things. I hope Rohr goes soon so that we can see how average we are. The way people are talking, you will think that we have won the world cup before. |

Amodu to me was unfairly treated and we made the wrong decision by sacking him but that doesn't mean that we should continue making horrible coaching decisions. As for Big Boss (Rip King) he was duly Sacked for Failing to Qualify for "Ordinary Nations cup" remember keshi didn't get sacked After Anc or Wc but immediately after he failed to Qualify for "Ordinary ANC" (Our birthright) that was justifiable. As for me, I follow "pre contractual documents" not sentimental or emotional reasons |

JohnBullMySon:The bolded is the lie you tell yourself everyday to find a means to justify Rohr's unnecessarily continuous stay with the team.. We don't overrate our squad.. We can boost of a starting eleven of players playing in Europe top 10 leagues..a lot of the are starters.. A lot of them put in decent shifts for their clubs every week..Not many countries in Africa can boost of that..Heck, our squad is even more valuable than some of those teams ahead of us in the FIFA ranking... How good was our squad when Keshi used it to win the world cup and reached the round of 16 of the world cup? How good was the Egyptian squad that won 3 straight AFCON?? If Rohr is so good, how come he didn't achieve anything tangible before getting the super eagles job? |

BascoVanVeli:Keshi coached a small Togo team and qualifed them for the world cup lol.. He coached Mali and took them to the AFCON.. Rohr couldn't do jackshit with Niger and Gabon.. Now,he is in a team with much better players and is winning and his praise singers want us to believe that he came to save us..lol...Nah, we are the one saving him.. |

busky007:very invalid/Inaccurate Statement. Pound for pound, Algeria Don't have a better Squad than Us but their present Coach made a huge difference at them winning ANC. Pound for Pound, Senegal has the strongest 11 but not the strongest Team. Top 4 most talented11 (pound for pound) now in africa (my opinion) and based on market value 1) Senegal 2) nigeria 3) ivory coast 4) Algeria Best Team currently in Africa 1) Algeria 2) Senegal 3) Nigeria 4) Tunisia A great Tactician can make a big difference from Semi final and winning ANC. You can't keep saying "you have a young team" indirectly conceding defeat anytime you come across a strong opponent and expect to WIN |

do4luv14:Yea uzoho remember "Debuted" at "La liga" (top 3 league in the world) prior to playing for SE despite the fact that he was registered officially at the Segunda. He still debuted at La liga thats how we even got his attention and at that time, Akpeyi and ezenwa wasn't given us confident Vibes. |

Danielnino00:yes it is a complicated issue. On paper, he has met his contractual agreement so no justifiable reason for termination but has he shown the capability to Be "1" the answer to me is ("No" but we also don't want to Hire another coach that will make SE regress. 2015/17 is still on my mind. The thought of Oliseh selecting the likes of Onobi to bench Mikel or beefing with senior members of his team just few months after selection or even Dumping SE 3 days prior to a match is still fresh |

Fact is, he was a secunda player, he debuting for the First team, is due to the first team keeper role, being stratched, hence he going out on loan, after a new keeper arrive 12large1: |

Fact ![]() Abi what's d essence of wasting tax payers money when its glaring dt he can't win afcon or get to d quarterfinals stage of d world cup.. We deserve better bro ![]() |
