Mueller made a simple statement of fact that presidents have immunity so they can't be charged with a criminal offense, he was then asked if that means that the president can be charged when he steps down and he said yes. This here is an example of why Trump was never qualified to be USA president and failed to grow into the role.

At some point in life, one grows out of what is legal or illegal - illegality (act of or intent) no longer exist in your domain. You only dwell in legality.
