Yes I said it! I see people asking how much they need in their account to start married life. yes you need money for the wedding expenses, but more than anything what you need are established multiple streams of income, what you save in your account is not as important as the money guaranteed to come into your account from various sources at the end of the month.

I know someone who spent all he had in his account on his wedding expenses and still balling now cos he has multiple streams of income. There are some people even if you give them 5 million after marriage they would still go broke, because they lack knowledge to setup and manage multiple streams of income.

My advice would be, instead of saving from one source of income so you can marry, establish no matter how small, multiple streams of income first....Anambra boys seem to have mastered this, you'll see a small boy having like 5 shops giving him money daily no matter how small, let's say he is robbed or his account hacked and all the money in his account is stolen. he still can't be in a tight corner. anyway that is my two cents.

You made lots of sense. But that guy that spent all his savings on a wedding just because he had other sources of income is not wise to me.
I mean as a legitimate hustler who worked hard for his money and deprived myself of lots of things to save reasonably over the years,I will now spend it all to buy clothes,rent event center,feed others,many of whom I never knew before and will probably never meet again?
