Good afternoon mamas in the house, this is my first time here. please ma's, I need your advice please. According to my LMP I'm 10 weeks pregnant and I decided to go for scan today, only for the scan to reveal only gestational sac though was advised to repeat the scan In 2 weeks time, my issue now is I'm 10 weeks already, the scan should be able to detect the fetal parts now. I'm really worried. This is the result of the scan below

This diagnostic centre is one of the best in Ibadan but try another place as other mamas said. God's will be done ma.

Mamas in the house, please come to my aid o! This low PCV stuff has really dealt with me. I had very crazy MS since the beginning of this pregnancy, couldn't eat anything at all, my appetite picked up gradually, though it's not back fully, I always force myself to eat for the sake of the baby. My PCV has been 30% since month 3 of this pregnancy, I drank enough blood of Jesus leaf, took 1 tablet of ferrous sulphate in addition to my antenatal drug, plus fruits and all. I just checked yesterday and it's still 30%. I'm close to 8 months already. What do I do cry

Increase the ferrous to twice daily. U can also blend and sieve ugu and drink the juice. It helped me

Ugu and liquid milk is also a good blood booster

please I need advice from you all. Am 14weeks but experiencing great loss of appetite and I am still vomiting.
I will be so hungry but won't be able to eat the food and sometimes if I manage I will vomit everything, I think this is what is making me loss my appetite. I need help on what to do to keep me healthy.
I use to think second trimester is honeymoon but this my symptoms isn't going o, pls help.

Try to eat bland foods like fried yams. Nausea gets worse when your stomach is empty, so don't wait until you are hungry before you eat. You can also try eating smaller food portions at a time. It will get better with time

The Lord is your strength dear. When eating, don't eat until you get full (e.g. rather than finishing a plate of rice at once, you can eat 3 spoons, after like 20mins you take another 3 spoons, etc). If you eat till you get full you would overwhelm your digestive system, hence the vomiting. Also, make sure your food is well cooked so it's easier for your body to digest, and help your body digest faster by chewing as much as possible. I had same experience and this was what I used to help myself.

I think the problem is blighted ovum since u are already 10 weeks gone, so u can just check another scan centre if it still same thing. U go for evacuation immediately no need of staying till another 2 weeks., believe me it happened to me I did evacuation that month took in again dat same months

Please did you menstruate before the pregnancy.

We dey the same clique o. Im 18 weeks and I still can't cook by myself cos I won't eat it and I hate all food. Infact I wonder why we have to eat cos I so much hate food now . My own vomiting has reduced to only in the morning and nausea has reduced too but im never myself. This honeymoon phase is never honeymoon for me. Infact no part of my pregnancy do I enjoy apart from the joy of holding my baby when time finally comes

Take your meals in small quantity. Take lots of juice and fruits.

I am 14+ too. My morning sickness stopped just last week.
