President Trump was getting flack from Republicans - So he relented and allowed the transition process to “start”.

Hopefully this will give Republicans cover to actually hold out on certifying results in some states or stopping the process until all legal avenues for litigation has been finished.

Here is a question for you and the Democrats out there: how come neither Joe Biden nor Harris have come out to face the public and present evidence that the election was fair?!

Don’t get it twisted, the lower Supreme Court of EACH states have denied the claims.. BUT its the UNITED STATES SUPREME COURT that hasn't ruled out anything... those Judges are the most important judges to these cases.... these judges WILL uphold the constitution of the United States ��

You must think FBI are a joke organisation to allow a National Security Advisor who has underG conversations with Moscow continue to oversee National Security. They don't need to care about collusion on election interference, the fact an NSA discusses with Russia in secret is enough reason to set him up with a lesser charge just to mitigate risk to the USA.

When law enforcement strongly suspect that you have committed a crime but can't prove it, they usually try to get you on a lesser charge. Only Flynn knows what he discussed with the Russians, and since he was withholding testimony of what was discussed, it is a fair tactic to hit him with the lesser charge of lying about meeting with the Russians. He may then crack under criminal investigation of the lesser charge and give up the whole story. This is a legitimate law enforcement strategy, and he would have been sentenced for that lie, hence the need for Trump to pardon him.

Now this is someone who was sacked within few days for lying about the same matter to Mike Pence.
