Nbet is owing tcn and gencos, discos are owing cbn and nbet, customers are owing discos, cbn is paying some disco debts and transferring the liabilities to disco books. Until recently we were selling that kwh at 20 to 30 naira.

The power sector was making the difference with loans and grants that still left them with billions of naora in losses

We have gas reserve along the southern ocean border and what is needed is the decentralization of power business for a start. Will Dangote have built a refinery if govt ran power like oil sector?
Give the states and private hands the needed freedom to be involved.
