bro,u shd check out the gender equality paradox rockn Scandinavian countries.. when u maximise choice and opportunity, men and women will make diff choices..this is why men are dominating in STEM field and no billion of dollars put into women's edu to make them venture into STEM field will work.. it has nothing to do with competence but everything to do with choice.. but they aren't pleased with the outcome hence the quota system they've adopted into creating an equality in outcome which is very wrong...one way or anoda,nature will play its role...d way men dominate STEM is d same way women dominate d medical field..doesn't mean one gender is superior...but they won't accept this..always sayn that d reason why women aren't dominating is cos of gender bias,I actually agree that gender bias is somehow responsible, but it accounts for a small percentage of a multivariate analysis
