It’s entirely within the realm of possibility that Biden may decline to pursue criminal charges against Trump, or that Biden may even pardon Trump. After all, Obama’s DOJ declined to prosecute senior Bush officials for authorizing torture on terror suspects, back in 2009.

However, the fact is that Biden will have NO say in the independent prosecutorial decisions of the NY, and Maryland state/local prosecutors.
