Nitric:
I need suggestions or proposals for investment of the sum of N14 million for a period of 23 months starting from January 2021.

All sectors of the economy are welcome excluding forex trading and other online businesses with vague processes, just make sure you can defend your proposal with evidence of past performance.

I would also consider investing in a viable business venture but would need to exit by November 2022

Modified
Please no start-ups, only businesses that are currently running and have done so continuously for at least 24 months (Agro businesses 36 months)

You must have evidence that the business is commercially viable

Also note, I am not interested in a business which you have never done before but which you think is viable because you have seen others doing it

For export businesses, your overseas client must be ready to issue confirmed Letter of Credit

For those outside Lagos you must be ready to provide a collateral that is movable or is located in Lagos. You must also be ready for at least one physical meeting where you will present your proposal and supporting documents

Additional modification
If you are contacting me for a loan please make sure you have adequate collateral for the amount you want to borrow.
I wonder how someone will expect me to give him a loan of N7 million to invest in an online business without providing collateral.

If you do not have collateral do not waste your time contacting me, I will not give you an unsecured loan even if the investment will pay ROI of 1,000%!

Invest in a company that trade global bonds.
you'll get 40% of your capital if the investment is less than 5million. but if it's up to 5million, you'll get 50% every month for the period of 6months after which you can decide to withdraw your capital or reinvest it. I'm available for details

5. It must not be an equipment that is so specialised such that it cannot be sold in the open market

6. It should be a machine that can be sold on it's own

7. The company must not have a loan from another lender whose value is more than 25% of the value of the equipment

Please give specific examples of an area in Nigeria where a plot of land of N10 million appreciates in value by N2.5 million over a period of just 6 months!

Real estate is not all about buying plot of land and selling them ... try to FEM for what you don’t know much about .... real estate sector is very large and huuuuugggggeeee

I'm based in Lagos therefore I would only enter into such an agreement with a company that is based here because it would make it easier for me to conduct a due diligence and also do periodic reviews after the asset has been acquired

Hello Nitric, I noticed you're currently involved into lot of diverse investments. Well, I will like to be part managing team or supervisory for physical investment. I will like to assist in collating all this investments vehicles and report at least monthly on there health. I can also help make physical contacts with your business interest that requires it.

Why I can I help - I'm currently an unemployed graduate of Mathematics with experience in administration, and supervisory.
Of course I hope to get paid but more importantly I have observed that the lack of concrete and clear timely reporting can cost you your precious capital. The service I intend to offer will help bring better clarity on your investment vehicles. Part of my responsibility as your investment supervisory will be to help research better opportunities or improvement within the 30months duration you speculated.

Where is your operational base?

Are you the owner of the business or are you managing it for someone?

How long have you been in the business?

Which routes do your trucks ply?

What is the size of your fleet?

How many of the trucks belong to you and how many are you managing for other people?

What type of trucks do you use?

Do you have agreements with manufacturers or distributors to haul their products?

This is not the time for investment, this is time to sell off your stored palms. When this comment was made palm oil was at 6 to 7k but now it's 14 to 15k for a keg which is 25 litres . you can invest from February up ,palm oil has seasons .

.

The company trades on global bonds.

The way it works is this; if for example, you invest with 100,000 on the 7th of December, they would trade with the money for 6 months after which you have the options of either withdrawing your funds or re-investing it. Then every month you would be paid 40% of your investment capital. So by 7th January, you would be paid 40,000, 7th February, you would be paid 40,000 and that how you would be paid every month till June 7th, when you would now be paid your capital if your choose to withdraw it.

If your capital is from 1million - 4.9million, you would be paid 45%monthly.
if it's from 5million and above, then your monthly payment would be 50%.

Hello Nitric. You can go into transportation business for any of this drinks manufacturing companies... Since you are in Lagos, look for Mack or any solid truck head... Buy the bucket from another place... Buy tarpaulin bucket... It's cheaper and consumes less diesel... Fix the head and bucket together then register or go into agreement with a company already carrying products for the drink manufacturing company... Find a good driver who is experienced and ready to deliver and also has guarantor to provide landed property... Start business and monitor expenses and track truck constantly to be sure it's up and running... Every two to three weeks you get paid... If your truck makes up to 10 trips a month, that will be 180k x 10 or 1.8m per month.... could be more or could be less.... In one year you can make 10m if you follow your truck efficiently.... Capital outlay is like 7-10 million.

After year one.... it's steady profit to buy another truck or cash out... At time you need to move your money out you can sell the truck to any buyer.

If you follow your truck up well with good maintenance and optimum running to avoid down time, you will buy another truck in two years and grow your fleet to 5 trucks or more in 4 years....

You can contact me to give you specific companies where you can make this arrangement. My area of expertise is expense tracking and truck monitoring... I work in the environment described earlier and I have solid knowledge and proof that the model works if you do your part well buy being diligent and not greedy to not know when to service your truck for optimum performance or monitor your driver who may be slacking and giving you unnecessary down times. My only gain is one off payment for providing you the information or being employed as your logistics officer to manage the truck so you avoid the unnecessary headaches. Cheers

Hi,
A very close relative is currently in the process of a loan recovery, someone borrowed some money & drop documents to a house as collateral as well as a buyback agreement that has since elapsed; my relative is a licensed moneylender (Covid and recoveries just took a toll financially this year).
My relative needs a loan of under 500k to fast track the court process to allow him take over the property and sell, all done within 90days, there’s already a willing buyer but we need to get the transition process sorted in court. You can perform your due diligence with the lawyers in charge. Would you be open to considering a short term loan for 4 months?

I'm open to considering short term loans with adequate security (collateral) so long as the loan will be used for a productive business that will generate inflow for servicing and repaying the loan.

In this case I do not think the owner of the property will give it up without a fight which means that the process will likely take longer than 90 days resulting in any loan I provide getting tied up.

Good luck in your search

I have no experience in large scale agriculture and because of the nature of my job I will not be able to physically oversee the operations of a new farm

I would consider investing in an already farm (It must be located in Lagos or Ogun State) so long as it has already been in business for a minimum of three years.

Please note that before I release any money I will conduct a thorough financial due diligence
