So you went as far as blocking me on WhatsApp because I demanded for my fair payment..... A good Nigeria begins with you, I worked for a whole 1month on the agreement to pay 20k per month.... I call it quit after one month and I explained to you the reason why I've to leave... my relationship with your supervisor wasn't a good experience for me to handle, her strictness was tough for me to abide by but despite, I never complained, I endure everything till ending of the month..... so after the whole 1month you refuse to pay me duly.... at first you cut the payment down from 20k to 15k, then I agreed without any argument.... and now you're bringing up another excuse that you can't balance the whole 15k again, that you can only afford to pay me 10k..... If I had borrowed money to transport myself to work, if I had obey every command and instructions given by your mum, if I had at least perform the daily task given to me by my boss..... Then if at least you're going to let me off at the end of the month, then as a boss you should be able to pay me off for my wasted 1month at least..... 1 Like

Lots of companies out there who are making money but not even taking care of their workers, some of the ceos with unreasonable attitudes, always want to over use dia workers and pay peanuts. |

Analee:lolzzz.... truth is, most of this managers are willing to bend you to comply not just with the job responsibility but also to their unacceptable attitude towards their employees (all in the name of claiming the entitlement of being the "boss" ) ..... still in the name of how much  money wey you go still drag with them at the end of the month, before them go pay you..... na person wey them go just dey use to accumulate their own wealth them dey look for..... |

Now instead of the 15k, he now sent 10k telling me that's how much he can afford to pay me because I didn't perform to his expectations.... Imagine o, see excuse.... When our agreement from the start was that you're going to put me under 1week trial to see if I perform well enough to retain the job.... You didn't complain about my performance after the 1st week, 2nd week no complain, 3rd week no complain, 4th week no complain.... Then it was when the time come to pay my money you come dey use that as an excuse.... I'll say, there's no other words to qualify this but greediness..... |

MrLekan95: Just going through my account now, only for me to see this. There are two sides to a coin. To start with, the first day we met you explained your situation and i was willing to assist you. I requested for a SSCE holder, you made a call to me that you have SSCE and only for you to come over on the interview day telling me you are an undergraduate with an EXTRA year in the university. I resisted and stated I don't need an undergraduate and that I don't need a staff who won't be staying for at least 6months, You pleaded that you can do the job, which I felt there is no harm assisting a young and promising boy like you. Your act of insubordination to your supervisor was second to none even when I told you she was my younger sister. Which to my understanding, she only scolded you on a day you were busy with your mobile phone. I don't think you've ever been to a banking hall and the bank tellers refuse to attend to you only for them to start pressing their phones. What will your reactions be? You refuse to return the application/biodata + guarantor forms given to you even when the due date for submission was clearly stated reasons best know to you. You refuse to tell your online judges how you were always busy with your mobile Phones when you were suppose to be making sales and attending to customers I.e meeting customers, even when your JD was clearly stated. You said, I didn't complain in the 1st week, 2nd week, remember I wasnt there with you guys as I had my own employment else where. I had to complain after your departure but you refuse to tell Nlers that you once said you were willing to stay for at least 6months, even when i agreed I will give you permission to go sit/write for your carryover courses for the semester when the time comes. You planned yourself to get your salary after one month and leave even when you didn't add value within the one month you claim you use. You refuse to also tell Nlers you come to work anytime that suit you. Your resumption time was 7:30am but you resume work by 9am. Even when you are talked to you don't feel remorseful of your lateness. The very day I got the report, I had to go there myself to see things myself, and behold I got there before you. You came in 8:43am I took you as my younger brother and I was open to you yet you didn't complain to me of any challenges from the person you were working with. Maybe you don't know, when you don't give prior notice before leaving a business/coy you forfeit the salary for that month. I was magnanimous enough to pay half salary even when the pandemic was eating hard on every business, only for you to come online and badmouth me. Listen i had a clear conscious towards you. But you were only too big to work, your humility was zero, I saw this coming concerning your attitude but I wanted to see the outcome. Thanks for bringing this here but don't forget the advice I gave to you when leaving. Also note, I never block you as I have two WhatsApp line. I gave you my less active line |

MrLekan95: Humility stands the taste of time. I am happy you left at the right time because your departure paved way for a more responsible personnel with whom I can sleep with my two eyes closed with less supervision as she handles the business like her own... She has equally started her HND program courtesy of my advise she yielded to while still doing her job effectively. I will always wish you well I have no grudges against you My advise for you is be HUMBLE where ever you find yourself. Always Unlearn, Learn and Relearn. It is you who is greedy here because if you weren't please with the environment and your supervisor, you would have left immediately and not wait till month end. Dangote and Tony Elumelu of today never started their coy with people like you who aren't committed to their jobs, not humble and loyal. Your problem was you think you were too big to be a sales officer or to be talked to. No business owner would see things going soar and keep quiet. You don't want to learn even when you don't understand the job. I get report about you on a daily from your supervisor but I wanted to see if you would change. Always remember going-concern and consistency is inevitable for every business owner that don't joke with his/her coy. Whether you are in or out the business/coy will continue. I may not have time to reply your next messages because I have lots of activities to attend to. |

but Mr. Olorunwa, Any Document to proove your claims? he has gotten a proove. i will suggest that you pay him off with the agreed amount of money that you negotiated. that amount is too ridiculous. just assume that you dashed someone cos the Earth is circular and we dont know which point we are to later intercept in the future. check the financial level of someone you negotiated 20k with. i believe that you are fatr more than that! my humble opinion 1 Like |
