My brother rabbit not only meant for eating.
Economic benefit of rabbit:
1 : it's urine used for fertilizer and pesticides.
2: it's hair / fur used for sweater.

My questions is dat where is d names n pictures of those pple engaged in d programme,or is it audio empowerment.

Amongst all the livestock engagements, rabbit is now the subject Who are the brain child to this unscrupulous initiative Ahhhh this guys are sure nothing but arsonist and enemy of Nigeria. Very soon they would start telling people start farming locust and insects to farm their way out of poverty. This is the height of political quirgmire and preposterous nonsense. Quote me 5 to 10years down the line and reflect on the objective of this project and how it is all going to end on the table of corruption... Rabbit Hiann!!! Nwaanyi muta ite ofe mmiri mmiri, di ya

Instead of this why not engage some reputable IT firm to teach this 17,000 youth relevant ICT skill like coding e.t.c

I doubt any Rabbit farming imitative would preclude this. Nigerians are maths nuts and the government that does not already take into consideration your views would be a short-sighted and unrealistic one.

RABBIT FARMING is actually lucrative if you have good stock & resources to engage in it.

My brother let's enlighten them on profitability of Rabbitry, they think it's just a pet. If you have quality stock of rabbits, you are in money, especially females and you can't meet RABBIT meat demand.

Why are Nigerians so negative. You will probably not see one positive comment. My people are dying due to ignorance. Can you just google it and see the potential and enermous potential of rabbit rearing?
Re: FG Engages 17,000 Youths In Rabbit Farming by samshoz(m): 2:09pm On Dec 04, 2020
Very profitable!!
hinere:
Which one is rabbit farming now?
Do people eat rabbit? Or will their skin be used to make bags and shoes now?
FG if you want to engage youths, think of something more profitable.
If it's so profitable, why are your children not practising Rabbit Farming.

I sell to those who want to start a new farm or the ones expanding and I sell excess males cheap for meat or I butcher them freeze and send to big buyers who supply supermarkets and eateries.
