Not completely true! If mercenaries are contracted then all information pertaining to handling Boko Haram will be controlled within them and no other person will know so there is no way the information will be exposed
Veqtor:
Let's not forget that there are Boko Haram terrorists in the govt and in the army.

If the mercenaries come back, they’d be sabotaged and killed the way the southern soldiers trying to fight for d country are being killed.

Just like they did our first female helicopter pilot, Tolulope Arotile...and swept d matter under d carpet.

Jonathan was so clueless he couldn't make our army strong enough to confront BH.
He had to hire mercenaries.

Our army are strong and gallant, they've degraded BH by 80%, the rest of the 20% too will be crushed Insha Allah. The unfortunate death of those farmers is a big set back for the fight against terrorism. May the Almighty Allah rest their souls.

BTW, Were the mercenaries around when BH was bombing Kano, Kaduna, Abuja, Kogi?

Ur stupid and confused Buhari that claimed during inauguration to lead the war from war front and to move his seat of power to North East as a retired soldier, is now considering same mercenaries.

Who is more daft and clueless between both?

Oritsejafor's reputation was rubbished back then by northerners looking for a scapegoat. They knew the story behind the private jet and money found in South Africa, but chosed to feed the masses a different narrative, to make Jonathan look bad.
The North's tolerance for religious riots and deep seated hatred of Christians paved the way for book haram.

u can't blame the former president,

He must have hired the mercenaries as a measure to counter the sabotaging activities of the terrorist sympathizers that are in the army and other security agencies.

Nigerians and their short attention span.

We will not forget that when Boko Haram was called to the negotiating table under GEJ, they chose Buhari to represent them.

Buhari knows Boko Haram and Boko Harsm knows Buhari. Everything he had done including amnesty and pampering them show that he is in bed with Boko Haram.

This was said by one and only man who has soft spot for terrorists.

A man who pampers, pardons, rehabilitate and reintegrate terrorists into the society.

A man who Boko Haram terrorists picked as their mediator.

This is just spot on. You hit the nail on the head. It baffles me that there is no outrage on the pardon, rehabilitation and reintegration.

DAILY POST reported that the founder of Specialized Tasks, Training, Equipment and Protection,(STTEP), Eeben Barlow, revealed that Buhari stopped their raids against insurgents.

Barlow said their proposal was antagonised and politicised by Buhari and his team “even before they assumed office.”

“The initial 3-phase campaign strategy (known as ‘Operational Anvil’) to degrade and destroy BH in Borno State, was rejected by his advisors,” Barlow added.

Barlow recalled that the company was willing to stay back in the Northeast but the President “made it known that the company’s presence would not be tolerated under his administration.”

It was madness that made Buhari to dismantle a working system. He believed that corruption was responsible for Boko haram and all he needs to do is fight corruption to end Boko haram. He was also overconfident of his ability as a so-called "general". Even the US uses mercenaries aka private contractors when fighting terrorists in tough situations. An average mercenary has more combat experience and tactical knowledge than a regular soldier.

Jonathan should rely on only the Nigerian army so that the Hausa/ Fulani there will keep sabotaging the fight against terrorism. Remind me the percentage of Hausa/Fulani in the army again?

Nigerians have this built-in mentality of always electing the wrong people into power and then complain later.
there is no right person or Party, youths should wake up,at this rate of exposure we've had with the Nigeria woes,it's absurd to see any youth still preaching "voting"...
what has voting ever achieved, dont you get it,the system of government breeds corruption and chaos,it needs to be overhauled..

Idris Derbie pulled out from the coalition after he saw the insicerity of the Buhari govt in upholding their own end to the war.

He only entered the war again to avenge killings of 90 Chadian soldeirs killed by BH .

The man personally led his troops deep into Nigerian territory to engage and uproot over 1,000 BH lunatics without informing the Nigerian govt .

What is happening in the NE shows who really is behind BH which is Buhari himself .

Foolish niggerians elected the supreme commander of terrorism in West Africa as their president and these fools expected there would be peace,?
