I ordered some bags and was called to add 1k extra per each bag.. I almost cried. Mind u I bought 2 weeks ago 3100.

In Ghana Dangote Cement is 2200
In Abuja Dangote Cement is now 3900

Dangote cement company price is N2470.
Distributors are the ones cashing out due to scarcity from dangote factories at Obajana, Ibese and Gboko respectively.

My friend is a Distributor

Why scarcity in those factories? Any idea?

Uae are importing cement from abroad and price of 50k of cement is 12 dirhams equivalent to 1500 naira ... Imagine a country that import from overseas is selling cheaper than a country that has the raw matter to produce in large quantities... Make we keep buhari till 2079 no issue

Uae are importing cement from abroad and price of 50kg of cement is 12 dirhams equivalent to 1500 naira ... Imagine a country that import from overseas is selling cheaper than a country that has the raw matter to produce in large quantities... Make we keep buhari till 2079 no issue

You are not a Nigerian or probably ignorant of what's obtainable in Nigeria.

If all industrialists, Dangote enjoys the best government induced incentives - proprietary patent, tax waivers, etc. Obj government granted him the sole importation rights until GEJ managed to add Bus and Unicem. Before now, Dangote has "full ground". In fact, 70% of his wealth is generated here in Nigeria.

He cannot afford to punish us.
