Does this happen not too long after meals, even if it's just a few snacks? 1. Eat "very" light in the morning before setting out. Don't have breakfast at work. You'll shutdown. 2. Take light lunch between noon and 3pm, you can eat heavy foods after 4pm 3. If you eat late, take dinner between 8 - 9pm, I'm sure you'll feel sleepy almost immediately after. You need to go to bed early in order to wake up early and sharp. 4. Do some exercises 5. Take a moment for some 30mins rest at work if you feel sleepy. That'll be enough gas to take you through the day. You may need to set an alarm so you don't overshoot. I hope these can help you. CaptainZubi: 2 Likes |

It may be the symptoms of hypersomnia, you just need three cup of coffee per day and regular exercise, stimulants herbs like kola nuts, ginger, Cayenne pepper, ginseng, cinnamon and mint leaf or natural antidepressants treatment like cannabis oil, vitamins. Hmmm, first pratice walking long distance, to know your endurance level, you need to burn some cholories for energy, if you still get tired easily, try keeping at it, walking long distance as for the heavy sleep try taking a little coffe before going to bed, it makes you sleep lightly, but if it persist, visit your doctor, to run a general test CaptainZubi: |

From my experience, i am not a doctor, but from what i observe about myself, i think there was a time, i slept anyhow, felt tired and here are some things i observed, about how one can have more strength. 1) Don't be afraid the first thing is, consulting with a doctor to discuss in detail, to know what test he may need to perform, maybe blood sugar test, or x-ray to ascertain if you have a medical condition 2) DIET, have you observed how your body reacts to what you eat, for me, i normally sleep and feel tired after taking pap, so i rather eat moimoi without pap in the morning. Also sugar, I don't take much sugar, my body feels stronger and more focused without much sugar. If you want mental power take ginger tea, gives you mental power and some strength, it may not be immediate on the day you take ginger tea, the next tea, it will enhance you mental focus and body strength. 3) Consistent Rigorous Exercise. You can improve your strength levels by having rigorous exercise for at least 30 minutes a day, and for three days in a week. Try rigorous exercise for 30 minutes, make sure you are consistent, and at least find time within 3 days in a week, the week end is good and one other day. 4) Try something exciting or something new, meet friends and talk or go out with family to a new place and explore, this will stimulate you brain, and enhance perhaps cortisol, and enrich your mood. 5) I mentioned Cortisol, but i should not have said so in number 4, because Cortisol is related to sexual activity, released after such activity, calms the couples, which is a happy mood hormone, that relieves stress and thus enhance mood and strength in the long run , I am not saying you should abuse sex, but perhaps with you partner, have good time. 6) In Summary, you strength can be increased, if you try some changes maybe in diet, you try consistent exercise, you enhance your mood, and you enrich your daily activity with new productive experiences, you may just need to train your body more, although all this may not be helpful, but there is much you can learn and can be helpful to yourself and others with similar condition.
