Come off with this mindset, no country survives without immigrants. Who is going to do those jobs citizens don't want to do? Menial jobs, construction, Nursing & even programming jobs, Going to study in Germany shows that you are actually impacting their country with Skill & knowledge, Immigrants work their ass off & also pay 40% or more taxes to their country. We work like rugrats, 60 hours per week for some just to earn a living & pay their taxes.

My point is: They need us as much as we need them. 50/50.

And what makes u think they are not getting enough immigrants, Germany have right to choice the type of immigrants they want in their country just like UK, Australia and Canada. We just happened to be Nigerians which most countries don’t want at least not in the rate at which we apply for visa. So it’s not 50/50 my guy.

The problem is our Green White Green

The problem is not the green white green, the problem is from the country you are applying from. So many nigerians are applying to Germany from outside the country and getting visa without issues, we have heard testimonies in here.

Maybe they 'need' us. Maybe they don't. But they do not 'owe' us.

Please guys, those that has applied to TUM, are we to ask ets to send our TOEFL scores to them? I have uploaded the one I downloaded from my ets portal but I feel ets needs to send to them for validation.

I mail the program coordinator about it and he said I should just upload the one I downloaded and they will review my documents and get to me. How are they hoping to verify it without ets sending it?

Pls those applying to TUM, help clarify

Please i need help from gurus in the house.

I have HND in Computer Science, I went ahead to do a PGD in Information Technology.

Please does this qualify me for a Master Program In Germany. I have gone through the thread but i only saw where it mentioned people with HND only. Since i have a PGD does that qualify for Master Program?

Additionally, i am currently running an Msc Program but i really need to escape from this country.

Please I need your candid advice so as not to waste my time applying if not qualified.

Thanks

Send an email to the course coordinator before applying or just apply and see the outcome.. Make sure you do a clear explanation of it on your letter of motivation

What I'm saying is Such services are easily replaceable. They can pack such migrants from India & rest of Asia. No one will see the kind of response our government are giving towards bandits and not think twice towards accepting us, It's simple politics. At least you can see Nigerians from other countries are applying and getting entry easily

If you have a letter from your school that you studied in English that would do.

Hi everyone. Now I will tell you how I got an apartment in Germany as a student. When I was studying and was a student when I moved to Germany, I was looking for a place to live for a long time. And my relative offered me a Deutschified website . On this site it is possible to choose a College and write a statement for an apartment in Germany. To my surprise, I was pleasantly communicated with and quickly accepted the application for an apartment. I was given an apartment for an year for the start. I recommend this site to everyone if you are a student who does not have your own home.

Use it as advised by the program coordinator. I think their verification would be during enrollment.

Why are you contradicting yourself, you shouldn't have replied at all. You made a statement, now you say you don't know. You are not even convinced about your own statement. SMH!

You have Google, some questions are incessant.
Minimum wages in Canada and Australia are way higher.
Easier to immigrate and integrate. Ofcourse they speak English there.
Germany is also a developed country though, but more opportunities in the countries aforementioned.
Most of us choose Germany because free tuition and generally it's quite cheaper than having to go to other developed countries.

Some of us chose Germany because we believe the standard of Engineering in the country is top notch. My question nowe is, do other countries have such high standard of learning, as the Germans do?

Guys, I think we should be a bit patient because Nigeria is not the only country affected by the Visa delay.
From what I heard from an enrolled student, a lot of students are still in their home country. Hopefully, by next year they would resume the processing.

Germany is nothing without Immigrants. It will never stop accepting Immigrants because 50-70 percent of the work force is Immigrants.

Please I wanted to ask concerning the SL is it a must to come from Germany or any European country?

Thanks

It does not matter where the person is from as far as he/she is living and working legally in Germany and also have the financial capability to sponsor

@Awefisayo meant if the author/owner of the sponsorship letter can also be from other countries apart from Germany or Europe cos he wants to use a SL

Pls answer if you can cos I don't know much about Germany

The issue isn't about Germany accepting immigrants, it's about Germany accepting "Nigerian based immigrants". USA just tagged Nigeria as a nation with religious intolerance. Most Western nations take cue from USA for their foreign Policies. It's always been about Politics and International Interests.

And right now, Nigeria has a bad reputation internationally. Your blame should be on your Government for always handling things poorly
