Hello house. I have seen some Toyota cars that originally should come with semi automatic transmission but have full/normal automatic transmission. That makes me wonder if the semi automatic can be replaced with full auto transmission. Toyota has some terrible semi auto transmission fitted in some of their vehicles. Review shows numerous complains from users especially slipping to neutral at will, clutch actuator problem and things like that. A typical example is Toyota Corolla Verso, a European car. The two attached pictures refers. The 1st though is RHD but is semi auto while the 2nd picture is full auto of same model of car. Looking forward to anyone with information on this.

Carstuff:the gospel truth no Corolla verso from 2004 has full automatic..they all came with semi automatic..I own one .that I imported myself direct left from Germany..it came with the problem u just stated here. With a good mechanic that understands how to get the conversion done it will drive smoothly like it was factory fitted 1 Like |
